At this time we can only accept PDF files (up to 15mb per submission) through our website.

If you need to send larger files, please do so by emailing your files to orders@conwaycopies.com
If your files are too big for email, upload them to a cloud drive (Google Drive, Dropbox, OneDrive, iCloud, etc) and send us a link (please set your sharing permissions to Anyone with Link Can View). Last option is to send them via WeTransfer, a free temporary file transfer site that allows you to send up to 2gb per email.

When sending files made on Canva, please be sure include bleed and flatten when exporting your file with the PDF Print setting.

If your file was created using ChatGPT or other Generative AI software, please note that even if the software says they are print ready they never are and usually are not the intended size. They also do not include bleed for cutting purposes. We may reach out to you to inform you that there will be a setup fee to adjust your file(s) to be print ready. We may also have you sign off on a proof before printing your whole order.
